Prisoner Safety Concerns
If you have concerns about the welfare of a person in custody at HMP Forest Bank please leave a voicemail for the Forest Bank Safer Custody Team on 0161 925 7000 (ext 2183).
Please include the following details:
• The prisoners name, number and date of birth
• Details of your concern/s
• Your contact number
The safer custody extension is checked periodically during office hours 07:30-16:00hrs Monday to Friday.
Urgent Concerns (outside of office hours)
If you have an urgent safety concern (outside of the above hours), such as a risk to life relating to a prisoner in custody at HMP Forest bank, please call 0161 925 7000 and ask for communications, stating your urgent safety concern.
Mental and Physical Health Concerns
Mental health and physical health concerns should be directed to the HMP Forest Bank healthcare provider (Spectrum). Please email: forestbankadmin@spectrum-cic.nhs.uk
The safer custody team cannot provide any information relating to mental and physical health enquiries.
