Across Sodexo Justice, we aim to change lives for the better by operating safe, decent, and secure prisons. We rehabilitate those in our care and provide purposeful activity, employment, education and rehabilitation services, supporting prison leavers to lead law-abiding lives in the community.
At HMP Forest Bank, we oversee full prison operations and integrated facilities management, delivering rehabilitation programmes, education and skills development and vocational training
We work in partnership with organisations and charities to improve the outcomes for those in our care and who share our vision and help us to achieve our aim to change lives for the better.
While our prison population is diverse and complex, our regime is thoughtfully designed to support and engage each individual.

As prison Director, I am proud to lead a professional and dedicated team, committed to the Sodexo Justice mission 'to change lives for the better'.
At Forest Bank we firmly believe in the potential for positive change. Through strong partnerships, education. skills training and continued support after release, we empower individuals to create more positive futures.
We also recognise the vital role that support networks play in prisoner rehabilitation. I would like to take the opportunity to reassure the families and loved ones of the men in our care, that safety and decency are core to our values, creating a respectful environment for prisoners, colleagues and visitors.
Rooted in Salford, we are proud to serve our vibrant city and consider it our duty to contribute to a safer, stronger community.
