This line is manned from 07.30am-04.00pm, if you need to get in touch out of those hours please ring 0161 925 7000 and ask for comms stating it is an Urgent Resident Safety concern.

Alternatively if it can wait until the next working day, please leave a voicemail and the Safer Custody Team will get back to you in the morning.
